Who we are?
We are Bene Meat Technologies, the first company in the world to obtain permission to manufacture cultured meat. Our team consists of approximately one hundred members who work tirelessly every day to be even better at developing technology for the production of cultured meat than the day before.
Where are we headed?
We possess the know-how for developing cell lines that we can produce on a smaller scale, and our next milestone is production on an industrial scale. To achieve this, we need to operate a model factory with state-of-the-art technology, facing the fact that no one before us has successfully attempted this.
Are we looking for you?
Do you have experience in taking over processes from research and development and enjoy participating in the implementation of innovations into practice? Do you have previous experience in manufacturing, ideally in the Food or Pet Food industry in positions such as Operations Manager, Product Manager, or Production Engineer? Do you want to take responsibility within our team for leading the final stage of industrialization and be at the birth of the transition from pre-production activities to mass production in our modernly equipped factory? Do you want to lead not only the continuous development and optimization of production processes using LEAN techniques but also manage the implementation of standards such as ISO9001, HACCP, and IFS? Do you want to be at the birth of a new industrial sector and set its direction for many years to come?
Do you want to be the one who will lead the production team on an industrial scale and ensure smooth cooperation and communication between other teams? Then maybe you are looking for us, just as we are looking for you.

Why do we do it?
What we do and why we do it matters. We address issues that affect us all:
Health: Cultured meat offers full control over its production, ensuring it contains no bacteria or other pathogens causing serious human diseases.
Environment: Cultured meat is much more environmentally friendly than conventional agriculture – producing 1 kg of cultured meat requires significantly less land and resources than the production of 1 kg of conventional meat. Our technology contributes to better conditions for the Earth and helps face global challenges such as climate change.
Animal Suffering: Industrial agriculture is problematic due to poor living conditions and slaughtering of animals. With the production of cultured meat, no animal needs to die, and our technology ends their unnecessary suffering.
