This position will be responsible for revenue growth management through trade optimization, sales ROI analysis, predictive modeling, analysis of historical promotional sales performance, & trade promotion tool management. You will report to the AVP Commercial Strategy and Operations while working hybrid out of Oak Brook Chicago.
Responsibilities
Manage of the annual revenue plan North America markets with sales leadership and partnership with the finance team, with a goal to achieve company targets of revenue, volume, mix and rate
Process stewardship for priority customer investments (trade spend), lead ROI assessments and the management of risks and opportunities to support profitable revenue growth
Build the foundation for forward looking multi-year revenue plan
Lead scenario analysis and decision making for both customer and brand opportunities
Integrate and adopt trade promotion optimization and trade spend optimization insights
Assess definition of event level ROI with cross functional teams and manages post event promotion analytics
Action insights from the commercial and finance teams for product portfolio optimization, brand health, pricing optimization, and customer requests
Monitor trends in the industry, sales, general business conditions, and other related areas and make recommendations for change as needed
Subject matter expert for TPM, partnering closely with TPM tool providers and internal sales, finance, and business solution teams
Project manage long term TPM and RGM projects where applicable with taskforce teams
Lead the month end performance analysis and leadership review for select customers
Qualifications
5+ years related work experience, preferably in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods). Specific RGM experience would be highly preferred
A University degree is preferred with a focus on Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
Experience & knowledge of consumer products industry, category, brand strategies, competitors and retail channels, trade strategies, and negotiations
Strong Financial Acumen and Solid P&L management and analysis skills a must
Experience in utilizing information technology application to drive improvements in business revenue strategies
SPINS and NIQ Nielsen experience is an asset
Power BI and/or data science experience required along with strong Excel skills
Communication and presentation skills must be top notch along with a bias for action and the ability to simplify complex ideas to communicate and share with a variety of audiences
This role is based out of Oak Brook Chicago (hybrid) and offers a salary between $125,000 - $155,000 + a 15% bonus. Thank you for your interest in Natures Path!
