Standort Stuttgart suchen wir einen
Fertigungsdisponent (m/w/d), der die Steuerung und Optimierung externer Fertigungsprozesse übernimmt. In dieser Rolle koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, optimieren Fertigungspläne, überwachen die Materialbeschaffung und stellen die Qualität sowie termingerechte Lieferung sicher. Zudem betreuen und auditieren Sie Lieferanten, ermitteln Bedarfe und unterstützen die Kalkulation sowie technische Dokumentation.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung und Abstimmung externer Fertigungsabläufe mit Partnern
- Optimierung bestehender Fertigungspläne und Ermittlung optimaler Losgrößen
- Beschaffung und Planung von Rohmaterial sowie Betriebsmitteln
- Technische Betreuung und Auditierung von Lieferanten
- Bedarfsermittlung und Terminverfolgung für interne/externe Fertigung
- Umsetzung von Bestellanforderungen und Kostenkalkulation für Eigen-/Fremdfertigung
- Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Unterlagen sowie Qualifizierung neuer Partner
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industrie- oder
- Zerspanungsmechaniker sowie Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
- Idealerweise 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Disposition oder Einkauf / Beschaffung im Anlagen- oder Sondermaschinenbau
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- EDV-/PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP R/3)
- Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
