We are looking for a Junior Commercial Operations Coordinator with start-up attitude to join our passionate and innovative team for approximately 5 months’ temporary assignment. Do you enjoy working with customers and finding ways to deliver even when schedules are tight? The position is located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki and you will be reporting to Head of Supply Chain.
Junior Operations Coordinator has a key role in delivering the customer orders and you are one of the key contributors to Oddlygood’s customer experience. If there are issues in some part of the chain, you will take action to resolve them and keep customers up to date about the deviations. When goods have been successfully delivered you will invoice the customers. You will work closely with our manufacturing and logistics partners and you will get support from other members of operations and finance teams.

Fresh graduate with relevant degree or someone with few years of experience with B2B commercial operations
Knowledge and experience on international trade and operations, experience on FMCG logistics is an asset
Flexible, well organized, have attention to detail, goal oriented
Comfortable in fast paced rhythm and able to adapt quickly in changing situations
Self-driven, able to take initiatives, prioritize and organize own work
Can-do-attitude and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and language skills: fluent in written and spoken English, Swedish and Finnish
