About the role:
We are looking for an independent, well-organized, data-driven, and talented Accounting Intern.
You will join the Benelux Finance team, based in Utrecht.
Compensation: €750 per month for a full-time position (40 hours per week)

Your challenge:
Accurately issue invoices and credit invoices ensuring full compliance with company policies and agreements with customers.
Conduct customer account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
Communicate with the collection team to ensure timely payments
Involved in approving credit limits for new customers.
Ensuring that financial recordings are made according to company policies and contracts with customers.
What you'll need:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong focus on customer account management.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Fluent in Dutch – a plus.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
