- Responsible for cost accounting, analysis, and control, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of cost data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Project and Engineering team to check the project processes and cost components, optimizing material cost and overhead to make the cost control among cross-functions.
- Prepare regular cost reports, conduct project cost variance analysis, and propose improvement recommendations, participate in regular project review meeting and cost forecasting, providing support for management decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly actual closing activities and handle group actual reports in OneStream.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation and financial statement, support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Assist finance manager to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts, tracking revenue and analyzing budget execution.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
