We are looking for a: Clinical Scientist / Investigational Product Manager to join our global Clinical Science team. The role is based in Madison, Wisconsin or Wilmington, Delaware reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer.

Job Purpose: The clinical science organization is responsible for generating the evidence to substantiate the safety and benefits of the products in our pipeline. The purpose of this role is to deliver enterprise-wide support for clinical trial materials and operations as it relates to the Clinical Science organization.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and design investigational products for clinical trials, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Provide clinical oversight to entire investigational product process, including processes like the labeling process for investigational products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy.
- Align with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure investigational products meet all necessary guidelines and standards.
- Determine appropriate doses for investigational products in clinical trials based on scientific data, products and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with clinical, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of clinical trial protocols.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of investigational product development and trial progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with investigational products and clinical trials.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of investigational products.
- Prepare and review regulatory submissions related to investigational products, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of investigational product management processes.
- Conduct all work in accordance with company ethics, regulatory, quality & safety standards, and SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a clinical science.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in clinical trials, particularly within consumer healthcare, pharma or OTC preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design and investigational product development.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for clinical trials.
- Precision to details and safety and productive and collaborative work mindset.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours since you will be working with individuals from different time zones.
- Domestic and international travel may be required to support the function of the team.
