Join us as our new Facilities Project Services Coordinator!
The Facilities Project Services Coordinator will plan, organize and support all services to provide consistently high-quality support to the site facility, manage Work Orders and PMs, as well as manage the execution of small frame capital projects through the design phases, construction, commissioning, turn over and closure.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of contracted services for custodial, landscaping, and non-production facility maintenance. Serves as the primary interface between Novonesis and facility service provider(s). A professional point of contact for internal employees.
- Work closely across the site to ensure services are in place to maximize the synergies and competencies of our organization while maintaining strong working relationships and resolving service- related issues promptly.
- Coordinate and improve facility services in cost effective and sustainable manner consistent with Novonesis values.
- Conduct periodic audits of services, evaluate and resolve issues.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective services including office moves, plumbing repairs, HVAC repairs, office painting, and all other facilities related repairs and manage minor work orders to avoid bringing in outside vendors.
- Perform and maintain PM list from CMMS system and daily checklist.
- Directly coordinate small investment capital projects to include planning, schedule development, budget development, procurement, installation start-up and project turnover in accordance with the Novonesis project model and handbook.
- Establish and lead effective cross functional project teams.
- Coordinate the use of external engineering firms, consultants, suppliers and contractors required for project activities and assure their work conforms to project requirements.
- Field monitoring of daily progress to ensure adherence to design, construction schedule, quality and safety compliance.
To succeed you must hold:
- HS diploma + 5+ years of relevant experience in 24/7 industrial facility with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Working knowledge of safe work practices in Maintenance and Construction activities
- Prior experience in the execution of a capital investment projects
- Working knowledge of personnel computer applications such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP, etc.
- Good interpersonal and team working skills. Must apply absolute discretion in handling and processing confidential data.
- Work independently with attention to detail, taking initiative, collaboration, time management, and displaying a needed sense of urgency and flexibility.
- Effective written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to facilitate cooperation between departments to achieve desired results.
Location: This job will be located in West Allis, WI

Expected salary range:$69,000-90,000 base + bonus
