Join us as our new Change Management Lead
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Change Management Lead to join us and help drive sustainable digital change within Novonesis. You will ensure smooth and successful transition to the new Novonesis SAP S4, managing the human aspects of change and provide strategic direction and leadership for change management efforts across Novonesis, aligned with program goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Design change journey aligned with program and ExLT
- Manage and align change management strategy with the implementation partner resources
- Integrate voice of customer into solution
- Facilitate adoption
- Minimize disruption
- Ensure structured communication to all stakeholder groups
- Design training and development
- Build bridge between Program and organization to ensure internal alignment
- Indentify risks and issue resolution
To succeed you must have:
Professional:
- Problem/Management Consulting toolbox
- Change Management disciplined (ADKAR)
- Project & Program Management
- Experience with SAP S4 and large-scale transformations and IT system implementations
- A master’s degree within business or technology, or other relevant education
- 10+ years of experience within management consulting, change management and project management
Personal:
- Driven motivational leader with ability to engage Team for large-scale impact in the organization
