We are recruiting a Production Manager to join our operations team. The role includes responsibility for operating and managing the production department while ensuring achievement of production and quality targets and continuous process improvement.
The role requires managing a team of employees, planning and implementing optimal production processes, solving real-time problems, and collaborating with other departments in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the production framework for all company products, including planning, execution, and monitoring on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
- Managing the production team: training, instructing, mentoring, and certifying employees.
- Meeting production, quality, and timeline targets while making optimal use of resources.
- Streamlining and implementing production processes (planning + scheduling).
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Managing inventories and raw materials to ensure continuous availability and smooth operation.
- Coordinating and collaborating with all company departments.
- Solving real-time problems and providing quick responses to production issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably in a technology company.
- Experience managing a team and motivating them to achieve goals.
- Understanding of production processes and interfaces (internal and external) for multidisciplinary products.
- Knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems – an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve real-time problems, and meet deadlines.
- System-wide vision and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English – reading, writing, and speaking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
