About the Role:
Do you have a passion for marketing, food, and sustainability? We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to own and influence Redefine Meat’s marketing activities and help elevate our brand presence in the DACH region. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, results driven and have a keen interest in marketing and food innovation, we’d love to meet you!
Your challenge:
Support the development and execution of Retail and Foodservice marketing campaigns that align with Redefine Meat’s brand values
Create and curate engaging content for local social media and digital channels in collaboration with our global digital team
Partner with Sales to develop sales tools such as presentations, one-pagers, and product flyers
Plan and manage events and trade fairs, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in execution
Create impactful and on-brand marketing presentations
Brief and manage external designers and agencies for creative development and campaign execution
Who you are?
You have 2–3 years of experience in (digital) marketing or communications, ideally in the food or FMCG sector
You are convinced that the meat industry needs to be revolutionized
You embody our values: curiosity, passion, and courage
You thrive in a startup environment – flexible, proactive, resilient, and hands-on
You're both creative and results-oriented, with a willingness to experiment and take initiative
You’re digitally savvy, with experience in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong project and time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities
A true team player with a collaborative mindset and cross-functional approach
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
Native German speaker and fluent in English, both written and spoken
