Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Novonesis. Utilising data-driven strategies to enhance recruitment processes, ensure a transparent hiring experience, and champion diversity and inclusion across the organisation.
Welcome to the Region Europe Talent Acquisition team
Join our team and make a significant impact by helping to build a strategic TA partnering team. You’ll support and have influence on our talent acquisition strategies and directly contribute to our growth and success. You will report into the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Region Europe and collaborate closely with the Global TA team and P&O organisation within region Europe.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive strategic recruitment efforts by using data insights to inform decisions. You will maintain open communication to ensure transparency throughout the recruitment process, enhancing both candidate and stakeholder experiences. Your focus will be on adapting flexibly to business changes while promoting diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
- Proactively sourcing strong talent for the business and playing an active role end to end in the recruitment process
- Creating targeted recruitment strategies for business areas.
- Collaborating with employer branding specialists to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Leading DE&I initiatives and advising on strategies within your designated business area.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with talent strategies.
- Integrating operational recruitment activities with strategic goals.
- Working closely with hiring managers and the regional P&O team.
Potentially relevant experience:
- At least three years of inhouse talent acquisition or recruitment experience within a global organisation of more than 6000 employees
- Experience recruiting across operations and R&D for a health care, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing company would be a huge plus
- Experience recruiting across Europe would be highly beneficial
- Be willing to travel at least once every two months for 2-3 days within region Europe
