An experienced technical professional who provides internal and external technical support in the development and application of products, processing techniques, and resolution of problems. Plans project approaches and routinely formulates work plans. Supports sales by demonstrating technical applications knowledge of the product and/or technical solutions to the customer. Troubleshoots service, delivery, and customer application problems. This person will be responsible for conducting laboratory analyses of enzymes and feed ingredients for animals. Additionally, the role involves assessing data management and building spreadsheets to support our research and development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or MSc with relevant academic background/work experience or equivalent.
- Courses: Animal Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Engineering.
- Intermediate to fluent English.

- Teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good communication skills.
