Receive customer orders, check stock availability, credit, and payment status, and enter orders in SAP.
Make delivery and shipments.
Handling pre & post shipment documentation
Post goods issue based on returned signed delivery notes.
Timely issue customer invoices based on SAP billing.
Follow up on order status, shipment, documentation, etc. ensuring customers receive the right product, right document, and right time.
Monitor the daily Backorder list.
Support customer complaints handling, goods return, and other queries from customers
Responsible to check if master data is updated in SAP/CRM and all other SCM tools.
Follow QMS procedures and SOPs for daily operation.
Support the Front desk CSR team to ensure a good customer
Skills & Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international trade, Science commerce, international trade, logistics, business, or allied education background.
3-4 years of professional experience in customer service & logistics or allied functions including order handling, and transportation.
Fluent in the English language (both verbal & written), with good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Tools and must have Knowledge of MS Excel in combing and analyzing data.
Awareness of ERP tools. (e.g. – SAP, Oracle, etc.), Material master updating and validation.
Basic Reporting & Data Visualization
working knowledge of various quality tools
excellent communication skills and strong command over English language/ language off support in the region
Excellent analytical ability, logical approach towards problem-solving Team Orientation, Quality Mindset, Communication, Stakeholder Management
Experience
Experience with SAP R/3 SD, CRM, MS office, and E-commerce
High sense of responsibility and accuracy. Proficient in advanced Excel and have knowledge of Business Warehouse.
Self-starter with the ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements.
Ability to influence management, problem-solving skills, and manage relationships with global teams.
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions.
Excellent written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills. Individuals should have a strong understanding of cross-functional activities.
