Your Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define & Own the Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a bold, data-driven marketing strategy that strengthens Formo’s position as a market leader.
Shape Brand Identity & Positioning: Elevate Formo’s brand presence through compelling storytelling, omnichannel campaigns, and innovative marketing initiatives.
Ensure Alignment with Business Objectives: Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and sales to ensure marketing efforts drive measurable business impact.
Team Leadership & Growth
Build and Scale a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a world-class marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and R&D teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy that delivers both brand awareness and commercial success.
Campaign Execution & Market Expansion
Develop & Execute High-Impact Marketing Campaigns: Lead large-scale, multi-channel marketing efforts, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and ROI.
Drive Thought Leadership & PR: Position Formo as an industry pioneer by shaping narratives that resonate with key audiences, from consumers to investors.
Leverage Partnerships & Influencers: Cultivate strategic relationships with media, industry leaders, and brand ambassadors to amplify Formo’s reach and credibility.
Data-Driven Growth & Performance Optimization
Harness Data & Insights: Utilize analytics and market intelligence to continuously refine strategies, improve engagement, and maximize marketing ROI.
Optimize Digital & Traditional Channels: Oversee performance marketing, content strategy, and brand-building efforts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all channels.
Seasoned experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth in high-impact, fast-paced environments.
Experience in food, FMCG, or food tech-driven industries.
Proven expertise in brand building, digital marketing, PR, and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of consumer engagement strategies.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
A visionary thinker with a data-driven mindset, balancing creativity with analytical rigor to drive meaningful results.
Fluency in German and English is required.
