In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Ensuring the accurate and high-quality processing of customer orders to uphold service excellence.
- Preparing and delivering standard product documentation in response to customer requests.
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and behaviors, including direct communication, customer visits, sales order history analysis, proactive order management, and follow-up on orders.
- Providing support for the complaint handling process, including documenting complaints in the relevant system, facilitating return authorizations, and arranging for replacement products as necessary.
- Actively contributing to root cause analysis using problem solving tools such as 3C for customer complaints and other issues when identified.
- Upholding adherence to Novonesis certification requirements related to Quality, Food Safety, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Educating and assisting customers in utilizing Novonesis digital platforms.
- Establishing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of customer master data within the system.
Requirements:
Completed Higher Education in Administration, International Trade or related areas.
Excellent communication skills and ease of establishing contacts and relationships.
At least 1 year in similar positions is desirable.
Language:
Advanced English
Spanish is desired
Indispensable Skills:
Have great communication and ease to establish good contacts.
Interpersonal relationship skills.
Good language and effective positioning in front of the customer.
Flexibility and dynamism in the work environment.
Knowledge and experience in the use of the SAP and Salesforce system will be a plus.
