In this role, you will co-create and support the execution of the corporate strategy development process in collaboration with key business partners and the strategy program lead, and thus be a key player in setting the company's direction.
Strategy Manager, Integration & Corporate Strategy

Key Accountabilities:
As a key player in the Corporate strategy team, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide strategic and financial thought partnership, driving analyses and knowledge gathering to support decision-making in the Executive Leadership Teams
Co-create and support the execution of the corporate strategy development process in collaboration with key business partners and the strategy program lead
Manage the operationalization of the corporate strategy and monitor progress, including the development of strategic portfolio reviews and execution of change management initiatives
Drive cross-functional teams on projects of key strategic importance
Stay updated on industry- and peer dynamics that could impact strategic priorities
Contribute to a high-performance community across Novonesis Strategy and Integration functions
Engage and manage external advisors, including top-tier management consultancy firms
Potentially relevant experience
The most crucial experience for succeeding as a strategy manager at Novonesis includes proven expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, project management, and cross-functional leadership. Additionally, a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, as well as a track record of operationalizing corporate strategies and driving impactful change, are crucial for success in this role at Novonesis.
Advanced degree in business, finance, or related field
Proven experience in strategic planning and project management
Strong analytical and communication skills
Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
The ability to thrive in a complex environment and keep focus on important tasks, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A results-oriented and pragmatic approach, combined with the ability to create a community of trust and inspiration, will be essential for success in this role
