We are looking for Customer Service Representative for a fixed, 6-month-term to join our customer service team at our Brabrand site! This role provides you with an opportunity to develop your customer-facing skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced global environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and the related communication on domestic and export orders. You will focus on end-to-end Order To Cash process in order to ensure on-time order fulfilment in Business-to-Business support at country or regional level. The aforementioned includes sales order management of domestic and export, customer complaint coordination, operational problem solving, timely follow-up of order fulfilment with cross functional collaboration and proactive communication with customers, and implementing work process enhancement via best practice sharing in the team.
You will thrive in this role with prior experience in customer-facing roles, a mindset for providing timely and precise solutions in problem-solving situations, and have a welcoming approach to close daily teamwork. The team is based in Brabrand, Denmark, and you are expected to work on-site alongside your team in this position.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing customer orders including domestic and export orders based on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance policy: order entry, order confirmation, invoice issuance and order follow-up till good delivery to customers inclusive documentation and problem solving if any
- Processing a credit note or a debit note related to a sales order or customer complaint
- Coordinating customer complaints and service cases related to a sales order
- Responding to customers’ inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Building a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing and/or optimizing work processes, techniques and systems; share knowledge (best practice) and contribute to continuous improvement in Order to Cash process
- Supporting internal and external audit as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or B2B Supply Chain roles
- Skills and knowledge in matters of domestic and international trade
- Excellent command of MS Office tools and SAP
- Fluent and effective business communication skills in both Danish and English
- Collaborative mindset for successful teamwork
- Cross-cultural awareness and openness for global collaboration
- Proactive approach to your daily work and adopting new practices
