The Supply Chain Finance Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain and Finance team, leveraging financial expertise and business acumen to drive strategic and operational decision-making across Driscoll’s. This role leads the development and validation of integrated Supply Chain financial plans, providing critical insights to enhance business strategy and execution. The manager independently conducts financial analyses to assess the impact of supply strategies and operational efficiencies on profitability. This role delivers end-to-end financial insights—from sourcing to distribution—identifying opportunities to optimize costs, proactively identify business risks and opportunities, champion continuous process improvements, ensure data-driven decision-making, drive management reporting/analytics, and enhance overall financial performance. Key focus areas include transportation, distribution centers, food safety, quality, packaging, capital, and overhead management. Additionally, this role supports and leads cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with teams across Supply Operations, Finance, and Sales to align financial strategies with business objectives. This individual also leads the interpretation of supply chain cost structures and performance metrics, generating insights that drive continuous improvement and financial accountability. The position reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager – Supply Chain and manages analyst(s) to support functional deliverables.
Responsibilities
Partners with Sr. Finance Manager to support the operation’s annual financial planning process and periodic forecast. This includes the roll-up of approximately $1B in annual cost spanning approximately 100+ Distribution Centers and corporate cost centers
Manage and prioritize competing responsibilities in a dynamic environment to assess risks effectively and guide sound business decisions promptly and strategically
Drive business decisions by providing robust financial analysis and insights, communicated effectively through professional presentations and written reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and build consensus, focusing on cost control through continuous process improvements
Oversee the preparation of several robust visual data representations, communicating financial results and delivering in-depth variance analysis to inform decision-making
Develop, refine, and enhance reporting tools and templates to equip managers with actionable insights and improve operational efficiency
Design and deliver ad hoc analysis, reports, and metrics to address emerging business needs, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance trends
Analyze, interpret, and integrate large datasets from diverse sources, identifying key trends and variances to support data-driven strategies and enhance profitability
Ensure oversight, reporting, and governance of capital requisitions and projects to maintain healthy cash flow and ROI, as well as budgetary discipline and accountability
Lead supply chain finance deliverables associated with major company initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Mentor and guide junior analysts on the team, providing training and fostering continued professional and personal development
Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business required
5+ years professional experience in Finance role
Experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, and General Business
Excel – Advanced skills required
Hyperion – Intermediate/Advanced
Tableau – Intermediate/Advance a plus
English language Required, Spanish is a plus
2+ years people management experience

Accounting & Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting policies and standards, along with experience in financial analysis and planning.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Hyperion reporting and Tableau is a plus—advanced technical skills, including integrating resources and managing projects to completion with a results-driven approach.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years in accounting, financial analysis, and planning.
Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
Compensation & Benefits

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
Salary Range estimated for the Finance Manager, Supply Chain: $110,000 to $134,000 USD.
