Responsibilities
Conducting and managing formulations in the pilot, including timeline planning, process improvement, and proposing enhancements.
Scaling up processes from the lab to the pilot and from the pilot to production.
Working with interfaces in Israel and abroad: production, analytical lab, contractors, R&D, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and production planning.
Initiating and implementing engineering projects, introducing new technologies, performing acceptance tests, and commissioning new equipment.
Summarizing pilot experiments in English and Hebrew, preparing block diagrams, and drafting production instructions.
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the pilot facility.

Flexibility to work overtime and travel abroad as needed.
Education / Experience
Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in the chemical industry.
Significant advantage: experience with formulations.
Familiarity with and work involving surfactants – an advantage.
Languages and Computer Skills
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
