In 2024, Novozymes and Chr. Hansen completed the largest merger in Scandinavian history, to form our new organization, Novonesis. We may be a new company, but we’ve got a big head start thanks to more than a century of experience from Chr. Hansen and the Novo Group. And we bring together 10,000 people with a passion for improving lives through biosolutions.
