Assembly Operator positions wages range from $15.36/hour - $17.61/hour depending on position, shift, and experience. Employees who are hired on or after April 1, 2025 will be eligible to receive a $500 bonus after 120 days of employment!* These are plant-based, in-person positions at our manufacturing facility located at 221 Phil Meador Avenue in Pocatello.

- High-level of attention to detail
- Passionate about maintaining high standards of quality
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Able to regularly and consistently lift/move 10 – 50 pounds (with or without accommodation, depending on position)
- Able to stand and do physical work for 8 – 10 hour shifts
- Maintain and promote a Safety First culture
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The work environment may be very hot, very cold, and/or very humid. The noise level is high. Employees may frequently be required to walk on wet floors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands for dexterous tasks, reach, talk, and/or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to adjust focus.
- Employees must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the $500 bonus:
- Employed for 120 days
- No more than 8 attendance points for tardiness/leaving early/absenteeism
- No disciplinary action during employee’s first 120 days of employment
- Amy’s Kitchen will pay an additional $.25 - $1.00/hour depending on years of directly applicable work history/experience.

- No prior experience or training
