Responsibilities / Tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Administration and Coordination: Provide administrative and coordination support for projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Project Documentation: Ensure project documentation requirements are met at each phase of the project according to the Project Process Procedure (PPP) guidelines.
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with tasks and documentation related to project execution per PPP guidelines.
- Resource Planning and Scheduling: Support Project Managers in maintaining project resource plans and schedules.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Assist in tracking project risks and opportunities within the project management tool.
- Document Storage: Ensure project documentation is stored appropriately in PHS from project setup through project closure.
- Equipment List Management: Assist in maintaining equipment lists, including recording purchase order (PO) numbers and received dates.
- ERP System Management: Create items and enter item requirements in the ERP system.
- Shipping Coordination: Generate shipping requests, compile shipping lists, and communicate requirements to the shipping department.
- Warehouse Coordination: Pick items in the ERP system when ready for shipping and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Project Close-Out: Lead the project close-out process for all projects, ensuring all necessary documentation and administrative tasks are completed.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Profile and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project support or administration.
- Previous experience working on projects in a technical environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and project management tools preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to work safely in industrial environments, with potential site visits required.
- Willingness to travel up to 5-10%.

Summary Pay Range
$23 - $31 per hour (based on experience)
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
