We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and ambitious professional to join our international team at Novonesis’ Dairy business. You will collaborate closely with passionate professionals worldwide to deliver innovative solutions and shape a sustainable future.
Welcome to Dairy Bioprotection, Food & Beverages Biosolutions
Join our dynamic and fast-paced Global Dairy Bioprotection Team in the Food & Beverage Biosolutions Division. You will be a key ingredient in driving short and long-term growth, contributing to exciting projects and supporting the development and commercial roll-out of innovative solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Application R&D, Communication, and Regional Teams to drive business development, launch new products, and support customer projects.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Collaborating closely with Global Marketing, regional teams, R&D colleagues, and cross-functional teams to advance projects, address challenges, identify opportunities, and support sales activities with key partners and customers.
- Leading pipeline building activities (trainings, workshops, reviews) with selected regions, including driving key projects and initiatives.
- Developing actionable insights by identifying and translating market trends, consumer insights, and industry dynamics with a data-driven approach, including coordinating global consumer insight studies with insight teams.
- Translating complex technical products and insights into strategic customer-facing material (presentations, pitches, value propositions, concepts).
- Contributing to driving innovation from idea to launch by identifying new value propositions and related business opportunities at the intersection of customer needs and technical opportunities, and supporting development and roll-out.
- Driving and supporting presentations as part of customer visits to HQ.
To succeed you must hold:
- 2-4 years of work experience with a proven track record in B2B Technical Sales and/or B2B Marketing, and relevant professional experience in the Dairy or Food & Beverage application/ingredient industry.
- M.Sc. in Food Science and/or Business, Marketing, Strategy education.
- Excellent project management skills, and a strategic and analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- A great team player with a desire and curiosity for a fast-paced learning curve, who is self-driven and thrives working both collaboratively and independently in new areas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to conceptualize ideas, insights, and opportunities into sellable and testable offerings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel, including strong command of formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
- Ability to develop strong external and internal relationships across both commercial and technical disciplines, and to mobilize stakeholders for execution.
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Commercial drive with strategic thinking, innovative, and customer-centric approach.

This job will be located at our Innovation Campus in Hørsholm, Denmark, with the option of working from home on occasion.
