As a Sales Analyst & Assistant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing sales activities, improving revenue, and supporting the sales team. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making. Additionally, you’ll assist with sales order management, data management, and documentation.
Responsibilities
Sales Forecasting:
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with key account managers to develop sales projections for specific accounts.
Sales Order Management:
- Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to manage sales orders efficiently.
- Ensure timely order processing, tracking, and resolution of any issues.
Sales Data Management:
- Extract and analyze sales data from tools such asPowerBIandSalesforce (SFDC).
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and product performance.
Evaluate Plan vs. Actual Sales:
- Compare actual sales performance against targets and plans.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Support Documentation and Sample Requests:
- Assist in preparing sales-related documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle sample requests from potential clients.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven work experience as aSales Analystor in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities.
- High level skill to manage sales DB including Query & Pivot
