Position Overview
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team, with a strong emphasis on engineering R&D. This role offers an opportunity for a motivated engineer to grow into a strategic position within the company. Over time, the right candidate will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and become a key technical leader supporting the CTO. This requires a mindset of learning, adaptability, and a willingness to prove capabilities through hands-on contributions.
Location: Kiryat Shmona (on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering R&D: Research, design, and develop new processes, as well as optimize existing ones.
- Process Development: Plan and implement process control milestones, coordinating and performing tests.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and drive process improvements.
- Equipment & Process Management: Oversee installation, validation, and maintenance of process equipment.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure that systems meet performance specifications and quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot technical challenges, implementing practical solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain process specifications, standards, and reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to integrate process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years as a process engineer in an R&D or production environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong problem-solving abilities, engineering analysis, and hands-on technical skills.
- Data Processing & Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and present data using relevant tools and methodologies.
- Project Coordination: Ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams.
- Growth Mindset: A motivated individual who is eager to learn, develop, and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to present findings clearly.
