Our Regulatory Affairs EUROPE/AFIRCA/Middle-EAST team is looking for a trainee to support our team for 2 years.
- Position is based in the creative center in Neuilly-Sur-Seine (Paris) for 2 years
- English language written is a must, fluent in French
- You have skills in excel, dataβs manipulation
-You have a strong eye for detail, strong organizational skills
- You can adapt quickly
- You swill support the Scent product line, supporting perfumes to develop great scents that are compliant to various regulations in place
- You will be responsible to review and update documentations
The Regional Regulatory Scent EAME Trainee is part of a team in the European creative center in Neuilly- Sur- Seine (Paris), and liaises with other Regulatory Affairs departments around the world, supporting the Scent product line for the European, African and Middle-East (EAME) market.
The main responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Gain understanding of the Scent (Fragrance) business and the IFF Regulatory Affairs procedures/practices
- Learn regulatory field of fragrances and customer policies
- Interpret and ensure compliance of fragrances prior to customer submission
- Act as primary local regulatory interface for local creative teams, EAME commercial teams and assigned customers by providing regulatory expertise and guidance support aligned with business priorities
- including regulatory interpretations, defending positions, supporting briefs/launches, assessing and communicating impact on customer portfolios of changing regulatory policies
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge on local regulatory procedures to ensure regional compliance and regulatory requirements and timelines are met.
