Conducting and Monitoring Tests
Testing raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods with internal and external laboratories.
Handling Deviations and Analyses
Managing deviations (OOS), analyzing results, and preparing analyses according to approved specifications.
Data Management and Documentation
Entering results into the Priority system, maintaining full documentation in the quality system, and updating formats for clients.
Collaboration with Interfaces and Laboratories
Regular communication with external laboratories and collaboration with internal interfaces.
Logistical Support and Monitoring
Preparing packages and shipments, handling purchase orders, and verifying invoices.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of laboratory experience.
Knowledge of laboratory testing methods in the food industry.
Experience in writing protocols, reports, and specifications.
