Scope & Key Responsibilities
PTI is a part of IFF and geographically it is part of Europe. In this role you will be our feet on the ground and will physically be at our office in Mytischi. The profile allows for partially remote office once the position is established enough. You will be functionally reporting into the IT Sys Admin Superviser.
- Receive users’ requests and work on them in request management system
- On requests – setup up PCs and software, isolate incidents and resolve problems
- Support IT procurement process in 1C system – PCs, peripherals, consumables etc.
- Execute requests for Access Control System and Video Surveillance system

- Advanced administration of Windows 10 OS
- Basic administration of Windows Server 2012-19 OS
- High-level PC hardware diagnostics
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP stack (including DHCP and DNS) and VPN
- Setting up mobile devices (Android and iOS)
- Peripherals’ support (multi-functional devices, printers etc.)
- Application support for MS Office suite
- Experience in 1C client support is a plus
- Effective communication with users
- Customer focus – we are customer obsessed in everything we do
- Team player – understand team priorities but also manage one’s own agenda
- Organizational sensitivity - able to communicate at different levels in the organization
- Ability to work independently and with short deadlines
- Interpersonal Savvy
- Minimum _2_ years of similar experience, preferably in multinational companies
- Professional certifications are a plus
- English – ability to read and understand technical IT documentation
