At Heura we are food activists, and our mission is to provide a solution that leaves animals out of the equation, while feeding millions of people in a sustainable way. Technology gives us the opportunity to build a food system that not only solves our current challenges but also responds to our values.
We also know that great goals can only be achieved by diverse teams of people with different backgrounds, perspectives, orientations, abilities, food tastes, dress sense, and time zones - we don't just accept our differences; we fully support and celebrate them.
But ultimately, we all have one common goal: accelerating the protein transition.
And that's why we are looking for a Product Manager Junior! Join the Good Rebels team and help us drive the growth, profitability, and competitiveness of our product portfolio. As a key member of Heura’s Product team, you will analyze market trends, manage product development timelines, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and oversee project execution to ensure timely and efficient launches. You will also track business performance to make strategic decisions on innovation and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with competitive positioning and company objectives while optimizing processes and resource allocation.
Your Challenge

Monitor and analyze competitor product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics. Identify competitive strengths and weaknesses to enhance product positioning, differentiation, and overall market advantage.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to discontinuation. Develop and execute strategies for product introduction, growth, maturity, and decline stages, ensuring effective pricing strategies, promotional plans, and SKU rationalization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain) to ensure product strategies are effectively integrated into broader business goals. Communicate portfolio plans, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with external agencies to develop pack design briefs, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market strategy.
Embody a culture of versatility and teamwork. Collaborate with colleagues across various functions to address challenges and opportunities, contributing expertise across different initiatives to drive collective success.
YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
