We’re on the hunt for a National Key Account Manager who knows their way around the grocery world and can turn great relationships into even better results. If you’ve got a knack for managing details, love collaborating with people (and spreadsheets), and get a little too excited about new product launches and planogram compliance — this might just be your dream job.
You’ll be the go-to for some of our biggest retail partners (think Whole Foods, Wegmans, and more), helping bring our plant-based products to shelves nationwide. With your sharp instincts and let’s-make-it-happen mindset, you'll work alongside broker partners, internal teams, and leadership to make sure our products shine in every store aisle.
What You'll Do
✅ Manage and grow key national retail accounts—keeping things smooth, strategic, and successful
✅ Handle the day-to-day with top accounts like Whole Foods and Wegmans, from promos to launches
✅ Collaborate with our VP / Director of Retail Sales to drive national growth and strategy
✅ Team up with brokers to ensure flawless field execution and in-store excellence
✅ Run broker check-ins, share the tools they need, and track their wins
✅ Help plan and execute killer trade promos and seasonal calendars
✅ Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, and Finance to stay in sync
✅ Represent the brand at trade shows and retail meetings like a true pro
What You Bring
🌟 3–6 years of experience in CPG sales or retail account management, ideally in the plant-based food categories
🌟 A solid understanding of both natural and conventional retailers
🌟 Experience working with broker and field teams—and making them your retail BFFs
🌟 Strong communication chops, sharp organization skills, and an easy rapport with people
🌟 A self-starter mindset with hustle, heart, and a hunger to grow
🌟 A passion for good food, sustainability, and purpose-driven brands
