About the Role
To oversee the critical compliance functions relating to Supply Chain operational quality compliance specializing in Food Safety.
You will be responsible for:
Compliance and Quality
Monitors and maintains audit activities including
Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) Audits
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Food Safety System Certification (FSSC22000:2018) or BRC audit
Winery Hazard and Critical Control Point (HACCP) audits
Customer Audits
Aids site Quality and HACCP teams by reviewing Quality manuals and procedures to ensure
Alignment with business requirements (particularly FSQM, FSSC, HACCP)
Manuals are up to date, meet license requirements and are actively managed
Systems are developed, maintained, and continually improved
Aids QTS Director by
Collates, analyzes, interprets and reports KPI data
Manages controlled document register and updates as per compliance requirement
Maintains QTS Sharepoint site, including HACCP and FSSC folders
Prepares reports related to Consumer complaints, tracking monthly and annually
Prepares Export compliance documents in collaboration with packaging and winemaking teams
Assists with administrative tasks as they arise
Travel required as directed
About You
Flexible, independent, and forward thinking with a willingness to learn and engage in all aspects of the business
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, juggling many matters at once, and pitching in on areas outside your expertise
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptionally organized, efficient and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain a positive work environment, contribute to group morale and reflect TWE growth behaviors
Experience in wine production environment is a plus
Leadership, project management, time management, self-management, coaching, independence, persistence, self-motivation, counseling, unifying, team-building, initiative.
Microsoft Office proficient
SharePoint (Intermediate)
Power BI an advantage
Excel (Intermediate-Advanced)
+3 years’ experience in a Quality/food safety focused role
High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $76,000 to $85,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Sonoma, CA location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
