Your Role
As King Harvest Production Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our hummus operations, ensuring that every batch meets our high standards for taste, texture, and quality. You'll lead a team and bring consistency to our production floor. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, food-loving environment!
Your Impact
Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a production team, fostering a culture of teamwork and efficiency.
Drive Excellence: Ensure every tub of hummus is crafted to perfection, maintaining quality and consistency.
Optimize Operations: Oversee scheduling, workflow, and equipment maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
Manage Inventory: Keep ingredients stocked, control waste, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure Product Integrity: Maintain the highest standards in food safety.
Partner for Success: Communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
What You Bring To The Table
Passion for food! You love the art of food production and take pride in delivering an exceptional product.
Experience: 3-5 years in food manufacturing, including at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and SQF principles.
Leadership Skills: You know how to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team to get the best results.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinking, efficient decision-making, and a knack for maintaining processes.
Communication: Whether talking to your team, suppliers, or leadership, you get your message across clearly.
