La Vie is on a mission to revolutionize plant-based food, and international expansion is at the heart of our growth strategy. We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead our development across Europe and the Middle East (excluding France & UK).
Your Role
As International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving export sales, developing new markets, and managing key accounts across multiple regions :
🚀International market development:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to strengthen the brand's presence in global markets
Identify new market opportunities and assess their potential for growth
Build the annual Export Sales Budget in partnership with Sales Director and identify clear growth drivers to activate in order to achieve objectives
Establish partnerships and distribution agreements with importers, distributors, direct food service customers and retailers in different regions
Grow QSR partnerships in all Europe based on current deals
📈Sales and customer management:
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract finalization
Manage export partners: drive their objectives, support their sales process and push them to reach their targets
Oversee the existing global customer portfolio: share best practices and optimize growth opportunities in current markets while expanding partnerships into new regions
Handle customers’ day-to-day management: respond to queries, proactively resolve complaints and issues
📊Analysis and reporting
Monitor export sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement
Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, results and sales forecasts
🤝Internal coordination :
Work closely with the production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and efficient distribution
Manage the export team
✅ Hard Skills :
Solid experience in international sales & export (FMCG or Food industry is a plus)
Strong negotiation, financial and supply chain understanding
Fluency in English
