Bay area California compensation range: $26-$36.40
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordination and management of marketing activities including customer marketing program execution, commercialization process support, Amy’s web management, execution of sales tools and other various marketing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercialization efforts and product improvement initiatives.
Manage and oversee updates and maintenance projects for Amy’s website and additional e-commerce platform initiatives as required.
Support the internal setup and configuration of new products, maintenance of current products, to align with marketing goals
Manage Consumer Relations mailings for all consumer collateral for Amy’s Kitchen and Amy’s Drive Thru twice a week.
Assist Communications team with assembling media and influencer mailers and gift bags for events as needed.
Support community events on an as-needed basis.
Support and execution of shopper marketing programs including coupon management, POS development and deployment and coordination of in-store execution.
Facilitate mass mailings/general correspondence for annual marketing campaigns.
Assist in the development and deployment of new product sales tools including Sell Sheets, trade publication ads, presentations and other ad hoc elements to support the selling process.
Collaborate with marketing teams in development, approval, and fulfillment of company swag.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Excellent communication and organizational
Able to work with variety of people including sales staff, creative services team, retail partners, company owners and outside vendors.
Excellent follow-through and time-management skills
Ability to plan and lead large cross-functional meetings, summarize succinctly, and educate organization on workflow processes.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or feedback.

Education And/or Experience
Associates or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing support function within the CPG or other related industry
Basic ability to pull and organize data from data sources like financial reports
General business email correspondence skills
General shipment fulfillment software understanding
General Microsoft Office Suite knowledge to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with Smartsheets, SPINS & Nielsen portals is a plus
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Basic budgetary accounting necessary and analytical skills
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
