In this position you will...
- responsible for managing and executing all operations outside the Samut Sakhon factory as the main contractor. This person will ensure the continuous supply of premium products through proactive machine maintenance and a commitment to adapting to dynamic business needs
You will be responsible for...
- Provide Contract Manufacturing technology expertise
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple beverages bottling plants, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Lead Contract Manufacturing process design for new and existing products into the Site operation
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee development of the overall technical systems and processes across the Contract Manufacturing to ensure consistency where needed and customization as appropriate
- Guide the New Product Development (NPD) process: provide inputs for NPD development process, product strategy roadmap, maximizing product efficiency and suggesting improvements, oversee the NPD development and prototype testing process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including food safety and environmental standards
- Responsible for planning and integrating the preventative maintenance tasks necessary to guarantee the quality of the product (parts replacements, calibrations, inspections, cleaning, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Food science, Engineering or related discipline required.
- 7 - 10 years of Food experience in food manufacturing environment, dealing with Juice/refrigerated/highly perishable products, as well as co-packers.
- Experience in developing and implementing a whole process.
- FSSC, HACCP certified and experience. Audit training or certification a plus.
