We are looking for Intern to join IFF’s Facility department on a journey within the Facility solutions of the future. The department consists of approximately 35 permanent employees, and the ideal person is eager for responsibility and is interested in exciting tasks within Facility Management.
As a student assistant in IFF Facility your role consists of many different tasks, and there will be extensive opportunities available to gain experience in Facility Management. You will be responsible for the progress and solution of your own tasks, and your colleagues will be always available for sparring and assuring the quality of your work. It is expected that both small and large, simple and more complex tasks are solved to achieve a good result and business objectives.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Delimited planning and project tasks primarily within IT and technical areas
- Procedure descriptions and updates in both the department and in relation to internal colleagues in other departments
- Contact with partners and stakeholders both internally and externally
- Incidental tasks, including administrative tasks
In the department, we review and optimize existing processes on an ongoing basis, and you can be involved in this work. You can contribute new perspectives and ideas to the work, and you are expected to be able to follow up on this. This also means that you can have a great influence on how your work tasks can be expanded, depending on your interests, wishes and positive results.
We are ideally looking for a student assistant currently completing their higher education and has two to three years left of their studies. We imagine that you are pursuing an education that is applicable to this position, while the most important thing is that you have a well-exhibited interest in Facility Management.
In addition, we would like you to:
- Have insight or interest in the connection between technology, environment, legislation and economics
- Have good collaboration skills, structure and a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent Danish and English skills for business communication
We have a good community where we are interested in each other and have a good, exciting and fun everyday life. We have respect for each other's professional skills, personalities and outlook on life, and we constantly seek to develop as professionals.
We hope that you can join us for up to 20 hours a week, distributed as it suits your personal schedules. This is a paid internship, and we will discuss the salary personally with the selected candidate.
We have flexible working arrangements, and therefore there are opportunities for remote working days for this role as well depending on operative needs. We will also be flexible in regard to exam periods.
Please submit your application to us in English as soon as possible. We will be going through incoming applications on an ongoing basis and proceed with the most potential candidates immediately.
