🔬 Head of R&D Formulation - Lead the Science & Strategy 🧪👨🔬
At Platypus, we’re pioneering a new delivery technology for bioactive compounds, transforming pest control with a more efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solution. We’re looking for a highly experienced R&D leader to drive innovation and build our scientific foundation from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
🔹 Lead and build the R&D team and lab
🔹 Develop cutting-edge controlled-release formulations
🔹 Shape the scientific and strategic vision of Platypus
🔹 Work hands-on with materials science and agrochemicals
What you need:
✅ Significant experience in R&D management, formulation, and lab leadership
✅ Expertise in agrochemicals, controlled release, and materials science
✅ Ability to develop innovative formulations and take them to market
✅ Fluent in English
✅ Minimum relevant Master’s degree, Ph.D. preferred
✅ Based in Israel
