Support Senior Seasoning Flavorist in daily activities for culinary and snack creation to develop flavors in line with business needs and in response to customer brief and strategic priorities.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the seasoning development for culinary and snack products
- Assisting with the development of culinary products i.e. bouillon, instant noodle, meat products, and savory plant-based products
- Manage savory flavor collection.
• Manage tasting session, build up, and update new flavor collection.
• Manage stock of flavor collection to make sure that they are available to support project’s briefs.
- Handles projects from distributor and some customers.
• Flavor recommendation and prepare prototype for submission according to the briefs.
- Support as a team member in some projects /customer’s innovation day.
- Assisting for up scale seasoning
- Manage shelf life study of snack products
- Manage stock of flavor for using in the lab and lab supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related technical fields.
- Minimum 1 years in food/ flavor industry of experience in application lab, research and development, or related areas preferred technical competencies.
- Proficient in sensory evaluation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, good hands-on skills, fast actions, and enable to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment.
- Good English communication skills.
