Scope & Key Responsibilities
PTI is a part of IFF and geographically it is part of Europe. In this role you will be our feet on the ground and will physically be at our office in Mytischi. The profile allows for partially remote office once the position is established enough. You will be functionally reporting into the IT Sys Admin Superviser.
- Advanced administration of Windows Server 2012-2019 systems
- Basic administration of MS SQL, Hyper-V, VMware and cloud VMware
- Receive users’ requests and work on them in request management system
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Adhere to corporate policies and regulations
- Act as an escalation point for the 1st line of IT support
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2012-19
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL, Hyper-V, VMware and cloud VMware
- Deep understanding of backup/restore process
- Strong knowledge of Windows TCP/IP stack and its diagnostics
- Experience in 1C Server support is a plus

- Ability to work independently and with short deadlines
- Interpersonal Savvy
- Professional or higher education in IT field + minimum 3 years of similar experience
- Or minimum 5 years of similar experience, preferably in multinational companies
- Professional certifications are a plus
English – ability to read and understand technical IT documentation
