As a Production Sample Coordinator, you will support Sales, C&D and Operations Team in area of flavor or ingredient sampling to ensure the delivery meet target date and comply with the procedures and work instructions relating to safety regulations and shipping requirement.
How You Will Contribute
- Prepare and coordinate work required in areas of flavor or ingredient sampling to support sales and applications, IFF affiliates to ensure delivery meet target date.
- Compound and ensure that flavor sample produce locally meet quality standards.
- Update and maintain inventories of flavor and raw materials for sampling and flavor preparation.
- Ensure organizational guideline, hygiene and cleaning work area and equipment maintenance.
- Comply with the procedures and work instructions relating to safety regulations and shipping requirement.
- Prepare technical documentation required for sample shipment.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
• Bachelor of Science or related field. 1-2 years’ experience is a plus.
• Possesses service-mind and able to coordinate with cross functional team.
• Self-starter with a sound sense of initiatives to improve process, flexible, able to respond quickly and adequately to a fast-changing environment.
• Computer literate
• Effective communication skills in both Thai and English.
