We’re looking for a Foodservice Sales Manager (Tri-State Area: NY, NJ, CT) to help us scale in the Northeast foodservice market.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage the sales funnel with key foodservice and retail accounts
Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding Chunk’s presence in restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, B&I accounts and more
Manage and grow sales through existing and new distributors
Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress, forecasting revenue, and reporting on key performance metrics
Represent Chunk Foods at trade shows and industry events, and build relationships with key opinion leaders
Monitor market trends and competitors to drive business growth
Provide training and support to partners and customers to ensure successful product integration
Create market "buzz" and drive rapid penetration and sales growth
What You Bring to the Table
Proven foodservice sales experience (manufacturer, distributor, rep agency, or broker)
Strong network in the foodservice industry in Canada (chefs, distributors, operators, consultants)
Hands-on, hunter mentality—ready to hit the ground running
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Basic Excel proficiency
Willingness to travel as needed
