As a Sales Administrator, you will be an integral part of an account team providing critical support and developing an intimate understanding of Givaudan briefing and project management systems. In addition, you will actively build and maintain professional relationships with both internal teams and with account contacts. If you possess strong administrative and communication skills, thrive in a fast paced environment and have an interest in working in a creative industry, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
● Supporting our business:
- Assist with administrative tasks including creative projects and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for submission.
- Support all aspects of business (sourcing market products, information, creative & technical needs etc.).
- Manages new win requirements internally and externally (Pricing, Regulatory, Stability, Vendor Management etc.
● Communication:
- Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, innovative follow-up, and problem-solving techniques.
- Provide the business team with timely information on clients’ requests, insights, and communications.
- Coordinate schedules and communications.
● Administrative Support:
- Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist (liaison with Evaluation, Marketing, Perfumery, Labs, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Operations, Distribution, Planning, QC, Pricing, as required).
- Maintain shipment tracking system including European co-ships.
- Maintain IBIS project management including product base arrivals and project assignment.

Academic Background
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Technical Skill
● At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
● Excellent administrative and computer skills, including MS Office Suite, company platforms, etc.
● You are a resourceful, reliable, independent, innovative multi-tasker who sees tasks and projects through to completion
● Possess the highest level of organization skills (strong attention to detail and effective time management).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● A motivated self-starter who is a quick learner and proactive
● You have a successful track record of building strong professional relationships
