As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and developing methods to enhance and sustain the reliability of our systems and processes. You’ll define and implement reliability plans, provide technical leadership, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and equipment longevity. Your expertise in preventive maintenance, risk assessment, and statistical analysis will be pivotal to achieving business goals.
What Your Work Will Taste Like – You Will …
Be the Subject Matter Expert in maintenance, predictive maintenance and reliability, training and mentoring others for similar roles.
Design, develop, and implement reliability plans to increase business asset reliability and predictive maintenance practices.
Lead key reliability themes, including loss analysis, predictive maintenance, and root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
Conduct risk and failure mode analyses to support project teams.
Provide guidance for design and maintenance activities using reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) tools.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to implement and improve equipment reliability strategies.
Develop technical documentation related to system reliability and maintenance management.
Evaluate equipment conditions, developing data-driven strategies to prevent reliability issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Define and implement predictive maintenance techniques, such as vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication, ultrasonic testing, and non-destructive testing.
Utilize rotating equipment techniques, including alignment and balancing.
Diagnose issues in rotating equipment and apply techniques such as alignment and balancing for optimal performance.
Define corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and optimize reliability.
Develop obsolescence plans for equipment replacement and ensure regulatory compliance.
Analyze equipment criticality and optimize maintenance strategies to ensure production objectives are met.
Drive total business cost optimization, including reducing downtime, maintenance expenses, and inventory costs.
💡 How You’ll Spice Up Our Results – You …
Hold expertise in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Have at least 7 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, production processes, or manufacturing.
Possess a deep understanding of predictive maintenance systems, SAP Plant Maintenance, RAGAGEPs, and equipment failure nodes.
Are skilled in statistical analysis, predictive maintenance and risk assessment methodologies.
Communicate effectively and are passionate about driving organizational change.
Hold a Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Certification (bonus!).
Demonstrate proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
