What we need from you 💻
You’re a bioprocess expert with hands-on experience in optimizing mammalian cell culture systems, comfortable working with both small and large-scale bioreactors. You’ll be a key link in transferring our laboratory processes into scalable, production-ready workflows.
What you’ll do:
- Design and optimize culture conditions for mammalian cells
- Operate and scale bioreactor systems from lab to pilot and industrial scale
- Collaborate with the team to transfer R&D processes to production settings
- Ensure process consistency and quality in compliance with GMP/GLP standards
- Draft and manage documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
- Contribute to the development of innovative strategies for efficient cell growth and product yield
Who we’re looking for:
- Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, Cell Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field
- (or MSc with 9+ years, or BSc with 10+ years of relevant industry experience)
- Strong background in cell biology, biochemistry, and bioprocess development
- Hands-on experience developing culture conditions for mammalian cells
- Proven expertise in working with small- and large-scale bioreactors
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
- Proficient in planning, executing, and analyzing bioprocess experiments
