Job Summary
Deliver sustainable, profitable sales growth for Beauty Care in US. Responsible for developing and executing the account strategy in alignment with
Global leaders in line with IFF strategic objectives. Accountable for general management of external and internal relationships, including sales team, leadership, people development and stewardship of the day-to-day operating functions for the markets of responsibility
•Lead, inspire and guide the P&G beauty care team in the West
•Recommend and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
•Develop and nurture strong client relationships, understanding needs and provide solutions.
•Understand customer’s ecosystem including activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers.
•Monitor relevant industry insights in the West and market movement to identify opportunities for sales growth.
•Drive and lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure the success of project implementations
•Prepare and present regular performance reports
•Recommend innovative solutions and improvements of processes in New York
